Refund Policy
Effective date: March 8, 2026 Last updated: March 16, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how Storly purchases and refund requests are handled.
1. How Purchases Are Processed
Storly sells one-time credit packs and auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system.
Apple, not Storly, processes:
- Billing
- Payment methods
- Purchase history
- Refund review and decisions
2. How To Request A Refund
If you need a refund for an App Store purchase, submit the request through Apple:
- Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase
- Choose "Request a refund" and follow Apple's instructions for the Storly purchase
Refund eligibility and decisions are determined by Apple under Apple's policies and applicable law.
3. Subscription Cancellation And Refunds
Canceling a subscription is different from receiving a refund:
- Canceling stops future renewals
- Canceling does not automatically refund the current billing period
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
4. Credit Packs
Storly one-time credit packs are consumable purchases.
In the current app logic:
- Purchased credits do not expire
- Refund requests for credit packs are still handled by Apple
5. Restore Purchases
Storly supports Apple's restore purchases flow for eligible entitlements.
If a purchase does not appear correctly in the app, try restoring purchases first and then contact support if the problem continues.
6. Support
For App Store refund decisions, use Apple's refund flow first.
