Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete Storly data.
1. In-App Deletion
You can delete most Storly content directly in the app:
- Child profiles
- Books (franchises)
- Stories
Deleting a profile may also delete related books and stories associated with that profile.
2. Purchase and Billing Data
Storly does not directly control Apple's billing records for App Store purchases.
For billing data and purchase history, use Apple account controls.
3. Request Deletion by Email or In-App
For additional deletion requests, contact:
You can also submit a deletion request through the in-app feedback form — include "Data Deletion Request" in your message.
Backend records that can be requested for deletion include AI usage logs, AI request logs, and feedback submissions associated with your anonymous session.
Include in your request:
- The email address you want us to use for communication
- A clear description of the deletion request
- Any details that help us locate related records
4. Processing Timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete eligible backend deletions within 30 days. If additional verification is needed, we may request more information before completing the request.
5. What May Be Retained
In limited cases, we may retain specific records where required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Security investigations
- Dispute handling
